Video Conferencing
If you vare a teachers currently living in the EU we will fly you over to UK schools for a supply day as part of the interview process. This is rarely possible if the teacher lives outside Europe, so in those circumstances we can arrange telephone interviews or interviews through a real time video link. All each party needs is a computer and a webcam. Candidates can speak to Head Teachers face to face via the webcam. This is a straight forward process and works very well for overseas candiates.
