The Trust has supported 3 schools in coming out of special measures and further 3 from moving from ‘RI’ to ‘good’. These have all been achieved in short time scales.
In the three academic years ending 2016/17, we recruited seventy teachers from Uteach.
These teachers were trained in Ireland, Canada, Spain & England and many of these teachers were promoted to senior management positions within the Trust.
We have already recruited four teachers for the 2017/18 academic year. Working with Uteach we have managed to retain a very high proportion of the new recruits.
Forming a strong relationship with Uteach who specialises in this sector, is extremely important in providing us with the teachers that we require to enable us to meet our recruitment objectives.
I hope that you are successful in your recruitment activities this year.
